1. No, Mr. Exit and Mrs. Sortie do not live here. All the rooms have name tags - ours is not an exception. Yes, we live at the end of the hall, but the nice people who built the place were considerate enough to put stairs in the other room and a push bar on the door. Now you don't even have to unlock the door when you want to leave nor take the three story plunge.


2. Sure, the unclaimed stretch of the hallway might seem like the perfect venue for your ball games. But I'm the cranky old man and you're the damn kids I want off my lawn. Endzone? Sure. Net? Perfect. Backboard? Let's see how many oblique surfaces we can bounce off at one time.


3. I'm all about using one's outdoor voice outside, but given the amphitheatrical tendency of the residence courtyard and the excellent vibrational conductivity of glass... I don't want to have to hear about your dealings. Narcotic or promiscuous.


4. The name Animal House isn't to be taken literally (nor do I condone the real life portrayal of whatever activities are found in the film).
   
   
   
   1. You are not a pig, the tray is not your trough and the food is not your slop (debatable). Garbage cans exist for reasons beside your bawlin'. The only shooting you should do is the chuting of your food off your plate. Keep in mind that stacks make things that much more convenient for the dishwashers and those behind you.
   
   
   2. Neither are you a horse, you do not have hoofs, we do not need to be made aware of your entrance, your persistence and your exit by the constant clip-clopping made by those who are unable to execute the most pedestrian of tasks.
